Coaching

Our coaching services complement our training programs. We create a safe space to have uncomfortable conversations where you will enhance your theoretical knowledge through story-telling and discussion. In one-on-one sessions, you will deep dive into discussions on EDI+B topics important to team members and pressing for leaders to understand. We help you get the internal leadership buy-in and alignment needed to ensure your EDI+B strategy is successfully deployed.
